"There's nothing wrong with my tyres"

A BMW Mini came in for it's routine service. We drove it into the workshop and realised immediately that there was something not quite right with the steering. 


Straight away we were concerned about the condition of the vehicles tyres. They were 'bulging' and damaged so much on their side walls that we were amazed that the driver hadn't had a tyre blow out which could of easily caused an accident or even worse. 

 

The common phrase that customers use is "But there's nothing wrong with my tyres, I've just had them checked". On this occasion we don't think that the tyres had been checked for months. 

 

Along with the service the Mini required all 4 tyres replacing and the vehicles tracking/wheel alignment yo be adjusted.
