This 1967 Mark II Jaguar 240 was imported by it's current owner when he returned from Australia.

Due to the great Australian weather conditions we found the car to be in superb condition underside but required a few items requiring attention and to be replaced.

The fuel pump was leaking so we replaced with a premium quality fuel pump to alleviate any futre fueling issues.

The exhaust was blowing so we replaced the front sections of the exhaust and repaired other slightly blowing sections towards the rear.

The front suspension bottom ball joints were worn out. They were replaced (by customer recommendations) XJ40 bottom ball joints.

We serviced up the front brake calipers, replaced the rubber seals, replaced front brake pads and all new front and rear brake pipes to the calipers

We carried out a gear box oil and filter renewal and attended to various ad-hoc maintenance components as the job progressed.

As the car has not been allocated a UK registration number we did a little bit of research on the details of the vehicle to get it through the UK MOT regulations. We MOT tested it and away it went

A great British classic that has been returned to the UK roads.
